Location: Hybrid role based out of our corporate office in Maitland, Florida (with travel throughout Central Florida)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Field Marketing Coordinator who enjoys being active in the field, supporting events, and helping execute local marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and enjoys engaging directly with partners and the community.
Position Summary
The Field Marketing Coordinator supports the execution of local marketing initiatives across Central Florida. This role assists with event coordination, outreach activities, and referral partner engagement efforts. Working closely with the Marketing Manager and Business Development team, this position helps ensure marketing programs are delivered effectively and consistently in the field.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning and on-site execution of provider events, community outreach initiatives, sponsorships, and trade shows
- Represent Complete Care at local events and networking opportunities
- Assist with referral partner engagement efforts through coordinated marketing activities
- Set up, break down, and maintain event materials, signage, and promotional items
- Distribute and organize marketing collateral for clinics and field teams
- Track participation and collect feedback from events and outreach activities
- Ensure brand standards and messaging are consistently represented at all activations
- Travel throughout Central Florida to support clinics and marketing initiatives
- Print collateral coordination and primary liaison with the printing vendor.
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in marketing support, event coordination, promotions, community outreach, or related experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, field-based environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel regularly within Central Florida
