Field Marketing Coordinator
Location: Hybrid role from the corporate office in Maitland, Florida (with travel throughout Central Florida)

Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a vital role in supporting and executing Complete Care Centers' marketing initiatives. This position is responsible for managing logistics for provider events, community outreach, education programs, sponsorships and tradeshows and independently coordinating regional field marketing initiatives. The role works closely with the Marketing Manager, internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Support business development and referral partner initiatives through targeted marketing activities that drive awareness, engagement and results
· Coordinate logistics for dynamic provider events, community outreach initiatives, education programs, sponsorships, and trade shows that strengthen relationships and expand our presence.
· Take ownership of regional field marketing initiatives, independently coordinating campaigns from concept through execution.
· Execute field marketing programs, events, and campaigns in assigned territories
· Support business development and referral partner initiatives through targeted marketing activities
· Manage marketing materials, signage, and collateral distribution for field use
· Ensure brand standards and messaging consistency across all local activations
· Capture field insights and partner feedback to inform continuous improvement
Qualifications
· 2-4 years of experience in marketing coordination, field marketing or similar roles.
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Collaborative mindset with a service-oriented approach
