Job Description: The Business Development District Manager position manages business development activities of the designated District/Territory by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate representatives. Complete Care and its family of practices are characterized by core competencies of cultural, clinical, and operational excellence. Our providers provide patients with immediate access to chiropractic care, physiotherapy, state of the art imaging, interventional pain management, and orthopedic specialists.

Responsibilities include:   

  • Develops and implements strategic business development plans to accommodate corporate goals
  • Directs referral target forecasting activities and sets performance goals accordingly
  • Directs staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control the district business development team
  • Assists in assigning territory to Business Development Representatives
  • Represents company at professional events to promote the services offered
  • Delivers presentations to key referral sources in coordination with Business Development Representatives
  • Meets with key referral sources, assisting Business Development Representatives with developing and maintaining long-term relationships
  • Coordinates liaison between Business Development Representatives and Company Practice Managers
  • Analyzes and controls expenditures of district to conform to budgetary requirements
  • Prepares periodic performance report showing referral base expansion
  • Monitors and evaluates the actives and services of the competition
  • Actively engages with Salesforce CRM to monitor activity and performance of regional business development team
  • Host morning meetings with all office staff members
  • Assist with administrative tasks and other various roles throughout clinic
  • Ensure Complete Care policies and procedures are followed by staff members 
  • Report patient and staff observations to Practice Manager
