Summary of duties: As a Marketing Specialist at Complete Care Centers, LLC, you will be an integral part of the development and execution of marketing plans to reach our consumer and business audiences. This position’s duties will be a blend of digital marketing, marketing operations and internal communications.
Reports to: Director of Marketing
Duties & Essential Functions:

- Design and oversee marketing campaigns across multiple platforms, including email, website content marketing, social media, events, and online advertising.
- Organize B2B events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Collaborate effectively with the business development teams to guarantee cohesion between marketing initiatives and business development activities.
- Manage marketing asset management process to improve efficiency, collaboration, and brand consistency.
- Support content management on the Complete Care website.
- Organize B2B events, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, and networking opportunities.
- Manage brand reputation through online reviews.
- Responsible for managing online directories for Complete Care locations.
- Support internal communications efforts and employee events.
- Oversee relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to strengthen marketing functionalities.
- Provide administrative support and oversee project timelines
Requirements:·
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in marketing
- Be tech savvy with 1-2 years of experience working with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Mailchimp
- Exposure to marketing principles and some Digital, Broadcast, Radio, Print, Social and/or Mobile production; website experience a benefit (ratings and reviews)
- Strong judgment and ability to make decisions independently.
- Must have a high attention to detail and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate with win-win scenarios in mind.
- Computer skills and intermediate knowledge of office software packages including Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint.
- Have an eye for design and basic knowledge of tools like Canva and Adobe Acrobat
- Ability to travel as necessary to our 30+ clinics throughout Central Florida.
