Support Implementation Technician

We’re currently seeking a Support Implementation Technician who is detail-oriented, solutions-driven, and excited to play a hands-on role in supporting our team and technology infrastructure. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, traveling to various locations, and making a real impact through daily problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the Support Administrator to resolve escalated tickets
- Communicate with users to resolve issues via phone, email, or in person
- Diagnose and troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Install, configure, and update systems, applications, and peripherals
- Assist users with navigating systems and applications
- Document support activities and resolutions in the ticketing system
- Deliver technical training to end-users
- Perform routine system maintenance and updates
- Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff as needed
- Assist with equipment or office installations
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Support logistics of equipment delivery and pickup
- Help maintain company vehicles and ensure routine upkeep
- Collaborate with departments to address cross-functional issues
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
Success Metrics
- Ticket Resolution Times – Drive continuous improvement by reducing response and resolution times
- User Satisfaction – Maintain high levels of user satisfaction through effective communication and resolution
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s in IT, Computer Science, or related certifications. CompTIA A+ preferred
- Minimum of 2 years in support or customer service roles
- Proficient in Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, and basic networking
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Able to lift and move up to 50 pounds
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Organized, reliable, and self-motivated
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
