Marketing Coordinator

Summary of duties:The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives that support Complete Care Centers. This role focuses on campaign execution, marketing coordination and website support, ensuring smooth implementation of marketing programs while maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and external vendors.
Responsibilities:
Coordinates event planning and execution of external and internal marketing events.
Implement omnichannel marketing programs including support of marketing planning, internal communications, digital and social media, research and reporting.
Support reputation management and patient experience initiatives using digital technology and online reputation management software.
Coordinate content uploads to the website and ensure locations pages are accurate.
Maintain marketing collateral management systems so that assets are accurate and accessible.
Provide sales enablement support by managing collateral, responding to requests, and coordinating vendor-fulfilled materials.

Efficient execution of marketing campaigns – Timely completion of tasks and smooth rollout of initiatives.
Strong coordination across teams – Effective collaboration with internal marketing stakeholders and external partners.
Website maintenance and project completion – Timely updates to key conversion pages and quality control
Content & Asset Organization – Ensuring easy access and deployment of marketing materials.
Requirements:
2 years of experience in marketing coordination and campaign execution.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong project management skills.
A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or a related field.
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Passion for the marketing industry and its best practice
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Enjoy collaborating with team members, company employees and vendors to understand the needs of the marketing department
Be service minded –likes to find solutions to problems and help people in any way possible.
Basic familiarity with SEO, content formatting, and website management is a plus.
Experience working with email marketing tools, and social media platforms (Hootsuite experience a plus).
